This is my first camping experience and indeed should be the first person/couple from Massgang to experience a all-night stay experience inside a forest. My eyes dilate so much while typing this post as I am eager to explain about the panda kinda looking animal which kept bugging the snack/eatable bags very close to the tent we were staying.
3 couples planned to head to the Zoar Outdoor base located at the North West of Massachusetts on separate cars as it is just a two-hour road trip.
We reached around 6.30 pm at the Zoar Outdoor facility and we were given Tent Site 2 to build our own tents for the night camping. So, we reported to the Zoar Outdoor office about our check in & started to carry our materials to the tent site with the trolley provided at the base. Below are some of the pics taken which would interpret the above said.

We then headed to a nearby restaurant for refreshments.
It is getting darker outside and we are equally excited to play cards under the small lantern light/moonlight beside our tents in the middle of a forest.
As we already had refreshments, we weren't hungry. But the time is already 9.30 pm and we wanted to finish the yummy rice, sambar, rasam, potato curry, payaasam. It might be a simple dish for the ones who read it from India, ofcourse would have been if I'm reading these usual dishes from India. But for any Tamizhan who resides at US, all these above said South Indian varieties + 'Raja' songs at 10 pm in the middle of the forest, 'tat ooowaaaaoww feel !!!'
It is already 10.30 pm and nothing is visible around us apart from each other's faces and lantern of other tents nearby. We sat down to play for some more time and started clicking before we went to sleep.
Few minutes after we went wrapped ourselves in our respective tents, we heard some noise from outside. 'whoz that disturpance' in comedian Senthil's tone. When we lowered a small portion of the tent's entrance to see what's happening, whoaaahh, it is a small panda which is looking for all the covers to fill its tummy. Whatever we do, after sometime it comes again in search of eatables. So we ignored and slept off. It started raining after 1 am the next day and again that Santhanam's 'oooowaaaow' feeling. Forestu ! Tentu! Sema saapaadu! Rain-u !! Woh-mai-gaad !!! Since it is a hilly region, the water never stagnated. It is Mentos - Jillunu oru swasam moment. I never slept properly because of this panda and meanwhile enjoying the tenty stay amidst the rain. It turned 7 am so soon and we started to pack up things as we have our Raaafting starting at 10.30 am.
We then took some couple and group pics before we left that awesome site.
Packed up and headed to car to restore all belongings.
It is time for some fun.
We then washed our face and changed clothes as none of us were ready to take bath. All set and headed to restaurant for breakfast.
Then comes the awesome rafting yeaaaahhh !!!

That is really a awesomatic weekend and I would always recommend any friend of mine to experience this kinda trip. Great Weekend and thanks a ton for Balu, Balaji, Kotti, Jothi and my beloved wife Saran for making this a wonderful and soul-refreshing trip.
